Housing

Living on campus at CSF gives you a chance to get involved in campus life, meet people from around the world, and challenge your ideas and points of view.

CSF has four residence halls and two campus apartment complexes. All campus housing is non-smoking.

Freshmen, sophomores and new transfer students may live in Kennedy, La Salle, St. Michael and Martin Luther King, Jr. halls, where room options include doubles and singles.

Juniors and seniors may opt for semi-private rooms in St. Michael Hall, our fully furnished campus apartments, or choose to live in the city of Santa Fe. Freshmen and sophomores are required to live on campus.

All students are allowed to have cars on campus. Santa Fe also has a bus system with a stop at the entrance to campus.

Resident Assistants

Each area of campus housing has a Resident Assistant (RA) available to help with college adjustment. Your RA can tell you about campus facilities and services, how to report maintenance issues, how to manage a roommate conflict, and how to get involved in campus extracurricular activities. In addition to RAs, Area Coordinators are also available to assist students.

Residence Hall Furnishings

CSF residence hall rooms come furnished with beds, closets/wardrobes, dressers, desks, desk chairs, and a mirror. Mattresses are twin extra-long size (80" x 36"). Each residence hall room door has a lock, security chain and peephole.

CSF apartments are fully furnished with a loveseat, dining table, two dining chairs, coffee table, queen sized bed, desk, desk chair, nightstands, and a wardrobe. Apartment kitchens include full-size appliances but students provide their own pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. All furniture provided is the property of College of Santa Fe and may not be removed from the room.

Local telephone service, basic cable TV, cable internet and laundry are free to all campus residents. However, students need to provide their own computer, TV and telephone.
